1958 District 709, Rotary International Souvenir Card depicting The Rotary Emblem,  United States and Canadian Flag, and an Eight Cent Rotary Stamp.  Souvenir Cards depict a large part of America's History and Values.  Perfect for framing, or to be given as wonderful gifts. Unfortunately the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (B.E.P.) and the American Bank Note Co (ABNCo) no longer issue Souvenir Cards for numismatic events as they once did. and they can now only be acquired on the secondary market.
