Made by Vogue exclusively for the Fire-Flies Doll Convention in Orlando Florida in the late 2005. There were only few leftover; you seldom see Fire-Flies souvenirs on ebay .
The stage is listed elsewhere, you are able to buy the puppeteer and dog on this listing. The extra pictures are using other props.
Vogue worked so well with us, for every detail. We told them we wanted boy underwear. They saved it for a surprised  us that the not only were for a boy, but fitting for a boy puppeteer with a French flare to his hat and clothes, right down to his briefs.
You are looking at my doll, yours has never been removed from the box.
