We'reconfident of the products we offer, but if for some reason you are dissatisfiedwith your purchase, we accept returns on new, unused product within 30 days fora refund.  You do not need to get an RMA number. Just send the item backwith the original packing slip and a note stating why you are returning theitem, and that you request a refund or want another product.
The item must be in the original undamaged box or package. We do charge a 15%restocking fee, but this is waived for exchanges. Shipping, including returnshipping, is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returned items that do not meet our return criteria will not be eligible for arefund.  Items returned outside the 30 day period are subject to a 25%restocking fee or, at our discretion we may choose to decline to accept yourreturn.
