Here is the Official Mixer's Manual by Patrick Duffy. This is the 1956 edition which was revised and enlarged by James Beard. The book is hard cover with the dust jacket. The dust jacket has tears and soiling - see photos 1-2 and the last photo. The front cover of the book has a light spot as shown in photo 3. The first page of the book has an inscription, some browning of the paper, and a split in the pasted in page of the cover - photos 4 and 5. The next 2 pages must have had a piece of paper stored between them as there is browning there from the oxidation of whatever it was - photo 6. The main part of the book is clean - it is free of marks and in very good condition. The last page again has some browning, light soiling, and a recipe written in ink.
