    This card is part of the John Verzi collection.  John Verzi was an in-person collector who resided in Los Angeles.  Beginning in 1960 and continuing for more than four decades, he met thousands of celebrities and notables and requested their autograph, usually on 6x4 index cards, ultimately amassing a collection of close to 24,000 signatures.  Many of the cards are annotated on the back with the date of acquisition.
