A Very Nice Souvenir Card Collectors Society Souvenir Card - NAPEX '96
Produced by Mike Bean - Red/Brown NAPEX '96 McLean, Virginia at top.
This card measures 10" by 8", and has a neat engraving of the
1831 United States Capitol Building, and an engraved blue logo of
the Chapter One 1985 Souvenir Card Collectors Society, and an
ornate engraved blue circle design at the right of the card.
