    Description

    Vintage woodlands Native splint and braided sweet grass covered basket
    ?
    Very finely woven with warm natural patina on the exterior. The interior and bottom show the original dye pink. Lovely small size, 5 inches wide, 1 1/2 inches tall, and in excellent condition.Used as a child's Sewing basket with spools of thread and needles attached to green bows as shown in photos.
    It seems rather rare to have the needles and thread attached with the green bows to the basket.
