Up for auction is a vintage cologne bottle for Halston Classic.  This fragrance was introduced in 1975 and is a Cypre Floral fragrance.  There was a time when this perfume was the # 2 fragrance, following Chanel # 5.  I can understand why, despite the years, as I think it is still a very interesting fragrance.
This Halston is a Factice bottle.  The interesting thing about this bottle is that it is filled with perfume, not colored water.  I bought this from a perfume rep who used to sell in JCPenney stores.  This bottle was not tossed out as it was supposed to be.  It was probably used in the counter display and the reason why there is probably so much “juice” left is because the nozzle on this bottle was lost many years ago.  I spent several years looking for a spray nozzle replacement, and although not perfect, it will still function as a spray nozzle, albeit more of a drizzle than a full all out spray. (I know shortly after that time period it was cheaper to used colored water instead of perfume in the factice bottles).

Bottle appears to be 99% full
Fragrance is not guaranteed, but I think it still smells very good
Cream colored plastic around neck and shoulders has some discoloration on it and also appears to have a discolored spot on the right side the size of a price tag.
Over cap is plastic and has a metal chain link attached to it, while the rest of the chain is looped in a circle about the bottle neck/shoulders.  The over cap just lifts off, and when placed back on it clicks when it has been pressed back into place
Glass bottle is in good condition
The bottle is glued to sit on an oval clear glass stand.  There appears to be a little bit of a thin white trim and some slight flea bites/teeny chips to ¾ of an inch in this area.  See last photo.
Height of the bottle is 10.25 inches tall
