    Description
Up for auction is a vintage Lentheric Perfume Bottle by Baccarat for the fragrance La Feria.  This fragrance was introduced in 1912.  This bottle may have been produced later, as I found a similar example in this book:  Ken Leach,
Perfume Presentation, 100 Years of Artistry
, Kress Publishing Inc., N.Y, N.Y; page 113, bottom page.
This is a beautiful perfume bottle, and the glass has a very silky feel, probably since it is a Baccarat bottle.  In the early days, Baccarat did not always sign the bottle, so there is no Baccarat mark.
The bottle is a clear crystal with red coloration on all the edges.  It is a well cut bottle.  The bottom corners may not be as sharp as when the bottle was first made.  Several of the corners may have been smoothed down, particularly the front right and possibly a little on the front left.
The brass over cap has the red LL logo on the top.  The brass over cap was rather dirty, and still has some dirt and ding marks.  But I did clean up the over cap a little bit with Brasso, making sure I did not damage the red coloration.
The brass over cap lifts off easily to reveal the glass button stopper.  Unfortunately, the stopper is “stuck” and I cannot remove it from the bottle neck.  Perhaps you will have better luck than I have.
The silver foil label on the bottle front is in very poor condition.  However, you can still read it, despite the dings and damage to the label.
The underside of the bottle is polished, as are all sides of the bottle.  The top of the bottle, or neck area is a little rounded—not level.
On the underside of the bottle, in the center, is a small round paper that identifies the bottle as being completed in Lentheric Laboratories in U.S.A.
The interior of the bottle still has some residue of the old perfume.
Dimensions of this bottle is just under 4 inches tall and 2 ¼ inches wide.
Shipping is free to winning bidder.  If you live in Texas, will need to pay state sales tax.  Email me any questions.  If you like what you see here, please take the time to check out the other vintage items I have up for
