Her eyes open and close with a little help and one eye has a chip out of the lid. Her dress is not tagged.  She is not  a strung doll, does not walk. One of the last Ginny dolls made by Vogue. In 1973, Vogue was purchased by Tonka.  Sorry, no returns and no shipping outside the USA.
